Freedom from want includes economic and social rights such as education and health care. Obama said during a debate that “health care is a right,” and it is. It’s time for these rights to be put on an equal footing with rights such as free speech and freedom of religion.

Kirk Boyd said the Seadrift Association promised not to interfere with his client’s right to sit or lie on the beach up to within 60 feet of the top of the rock seawall. The agreement was reached Jan. 28. “He did not seek money nor was he paid money,” said Boyd.
